I&amp;#39;m interested in science and I read about it voluntarily. On the other hand, I&amp;#39;ll be honest, there&amp;#39;s stuff out there that bores me. For example: chemistry that&amp;#39;s not well grounded in the context of explaining some higher-order problem. Sometimes I wish I found everything having to do with science interesting, but then again, it might be harder to write for a general audience if I were thinking, &amp;quot;This stuff is just &lt;i&gt;obviously&lt;/i&gt; interesting. The "o" in "love" is short, not long.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;I&gt;"Embrace Americanisms &lt;BR/&gt;Many people already use an s in “practice”, as in the US."&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Spelling "practice" with an s isn't an Americanism--it's the British spelling.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I have to admit, learning to spell in Spanish was much easier than learning to spell English. There are no exceptions to the rules. However, English isn't the only language that's difficult to spell.
